LENTPROM
How enquiries and site data are handled
Description of the site’s current mechanisms · 30 October 2026
What the form receives
The form sends the name and company, email, product of interest and application details you enter, together with the equipment model and number of tapes if provided. The form language and technical values needed to protect submission and prevent duplicates accompany the enquiry.
This information is used to review and answer your enquiry. Include only information relevant to the task. Do not include passwords, payment details or unnecessary personal information. The form does not accept files.
Enquiry record and email notification
Before an email notification is sent, the enquiry is written to a private journal outside the public website directory. The record contains the enquiry number and time, form fields, notification status and a protective hash of the connection address. The hash is used to limit repeated submissions; the original IP address is not included in this record.
The notification goes to info@lentprom.by. Acceptance by a mail server and delivery to an inbox are separate stages. If the notification is not sent, the site displays the saved enquiry number, which you can quote in an email.
Retention periods
The form’s session cookie
The protected form uses a functional cookie named lentprom_enquiry. It connects your browser to a server session for request protection, confirmation and duplicate prevention. The cookie has Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite=Strict attributes and no persistent browser lifetime: it is a session cookie. It is not used for analytics or advertising.
If cookies are disabled, protected form submission may be unavailable. You can contact us by email or telephone.
Aggregate statistics
The site keeps its own counts of page views, product openings, the start of form completion, email and telephone link clicks, and requests for selection, samples or configuration. Only predefined categories are sent: event type, page type, product group, language and a source category — direct, internal, search, social or other.
This statistics mechanism uses no cookies or visitor identifiers and stores no IP address, User-Agent, full URL, raw referrer string, contact details or free-text form content. The source category is determined in the browser; the original string is not sent. Daily aggregates are retained for 90 days. Accepted enquiries are counted from unique server records, not button clicks.
These rules apply to the counters described here. Normal connection processing and technical logs maintained by hosting and mail services are separate mechanisms.
Questions, corrections and deletion
Email info@lentprom.by to ask about an enquiry’s handling, correct information or request deletion. Include the enquiry number if available and the email used for your enquiry. The possibility of deleting individual copies and any verification needed are clarified when the request is reviewed.
